Precision Engineering uses the latest 3D modeling programs to create realistic versions of the parts you need.  These 3D models can be used for prototyping, R&D, and be turned into machine drawings for manufacturing.

Product Development

With our extensive background in engineering and design, we can take your idea from thought to reality.  We can perform turn-key development where you provide the idea and we perform the design work and calculations then turn that into 3D models which become detailed manufacturing drawings.  These drawings can then be sent to you to be manufactured or with our contacts in the industry we can have these parts manufactured for you and deliver you a finished product.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is the process of simulating the behavior of a part or assembly under given conditions so that it can be assessed using the finite element method (FEM).  FEA is used by engineers to help simulate physical phenomena and thereby reduce the need for physical prototypes, while allowing for the optimization of components as part of the design process of a project.  Here at Precision we use the latest FEA software from ANSYS and Inventor Nastran to aid in our goal of helping you have the best product on the market.

Computation Fluid Dynamics (CFD)

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is the analysis of fluid flows using numerical solution methods. Using CFD, we are able to analyze complex problems involving fluid-solid interactions to optimize the flow of fluid through your product.  Here at Precision we use the latest CFD software from Autodesk CFD.

Classical Calculations

For simple designs and concepts, we are capable of using classical engineering formulas to aid in the design of your product.

Patent Development

We understand the impact of being the first to patent an idea and are able to help with the timeliness and safety of getting ideas patented and protected as soon as possible to beat any other ideas in the market.  We have been involved in numerous patented designs and are able to assist in the execution of patent disclosures and any images related to patent needs.

Rating Packages

We have helped many customers take new designs or existing designs and produce a complete design package giving the load capabilities of the tool or product.
