Santu Bhattacherjee brings over a decade of specialized experience in materials engineering, with deep expertise in failure analysis, physical and mechanical metallurgy, fractography, metallography, corrosion mechanisms, alloy selection, and supplier quality development. His technical acumen extends to authoring high-impact technical reports, driving product innovation through surface engineering, and managing complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects. Santu holds an M.Sc. in Materials Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in the province of Ontario, Canada. As an active member of ASM International, he regularly shares thought leadership on material degradation, heat treatment challenges, and structural integrity, contributing to the broader engineering and scientific community.
